This case study looks at the UNDP's HIV/AIDS Bureau's work in leadership development, using over 20 innovative modalities, among them Integral Theory, in over 50 countries. It goes into detail with the facilitated process of leadership development, the overall process of design, as well as the particular ways that quadrants and levels were applied.
